OUR TEAM

Shainah Hine

I’m incredibly passionate about promoting mental health and overall well-being through fitness. My own experience has shown me the incredible benefits that exercise can have on our minds and bodies, and now I want to share that knowledge with others.

I absolutely love working with a diverse range of clients. Whether you’re taking your first steps into the gym and need some extra guidance and confidence, or you’re a seasoned fitness gym goer looking to break through plateaus, I’m here to provide the support and motivation you need to reach your goals.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing the genuine smiles on my clients’ faces when they walk into our sessions. We have such a great time together, sharing laughter, pushing boundaries, and making progress. It’s not just about the physical gains; it’s about the positive energy, the camaraderie, and the personal growth that happens along the way.

Tommy O'Dwyer-Richards

I got into the health and fitness industry because of the benefits my mental health received and wanted to share that with others. Improving fitness, physical health and celebrating what your body can do are all bonuses that I love to teach and share.

I enjoy training people who want to start their journey in the gym, provide them comfort and instill the confidence to continue on without me. I also love those who have been training for a while and aren’t quite performing the way they want to, whether it’s hitting a PR, a technique issue or something else and helping them solve that and take things to the next level.

The thing I love the most is seeing the smiles on their faces when they walk in our sessions, the laughs we have and seeing them put in a huge amount of effort week in and week out to help them become a better version of themselves.

Connor McCaig

I got into the health and fitness industry, specifically gym, through an old PT I had back in 2015. He taught me the basics of lifting and pushing weights in the gym to increase my performance on the bike when I was a cyclist. He was so passionate about strength and conditioning that his passion spread to me, kick starting my love for strength training!

I enjoy training a large variety of clients, but believe I mesh the best with those who want to push their performance in the gym, whether that be strength training, hybrid training or cardiovascular training.

I love the fact that almost every time I see my clients, they are always excited to push hard in their session, have a good conversation and enjoy some time away from their busy lives!

Jonathan Quieros

I got into the health and fitness industry because I always loved going to the gym as a teenager. It gave me confidence, I felt physically better and it was really motivating to see progress week on week.

I love training clients that are new to the gym. It’s really fulfilling seeing someone that was a little nervous when first coming into the gym grow into someone who is knowledgeable and actually likes training. I feel so lucky to be able to do a job that’s fun, but also has such a positive impact on people’s lives.

Katrina Wenham

I have been in the Health and fitness industry pretty much my whole life from when I was a competitive Gymnast to now a competitive physique athlete. I have always felt drawn to the industry because of the benefits of not only the physical side of things but the confidence and empowerment I have gained. When I first started training I felt like a small fish in a big pond. I had no idea what I was doing so getting a PT helped build me into the confident person I am today and has influenced me to want to do the same for others.

The gym can be a very intimidating place so my aim is to be able to create a safe non judgemental space where people feel supported and informed whilst working with each individual’s lifestyle and goals.

I like working with a wide variety of individuals but in particular I enjoy training women to become their healthiest, happiest and most confident version of themselves. I have been in the industry for a while and coached many women face to face from all different backgrounds which has allowed me to learn and craft the most efficient, effective sustainable methods to help achieve any goals whilst navigating all the misinformation constantly being thrown around.

I am not into quick fixes so there is nothing I love more than seeing long term transformations of individuals and witnessing the clients I work with completely transform their life and radiate with confidence and strength.

Danny Jones

I decided to build a career in the health and fitness industry back when I was a Tradie. I was surrounded by 50-60 year old men who had back issues, knee issues, cardiovascular problems and always in agony. I didn’t want to become the same as them and I wanted to enhance my life style now and develop my health to serve me well into old age. Hypertrophy training was the biggest part of this industry that I gained more fulfilment and saw my strength starting to shine through.

I love training new people who haven’t had the chance to be trained properly or are completely new the the gym. I love working with people who put in the work and are dedicated from the start and the ones who want to take their fitness journey to higher levels, whether that is hypertrophy or power lifting.

I love seeing the results from the relentless effort the clients put in. I truly enjoy seeing their progress before my own and am proud of their achievements big or small.

Michel Klann

I got into the health and fitness industry, specifically bodybuilding, through MMA which I started in Germany at the age of 8. I quickly became addicted to the process of putting my body through rigorous training sessions and progressing every day. I developed a passion for the technical aspects and biomechanics of the human body and pushing it past it’s limits to force adaptation.
I enjoy training anyone who doesn’t put limitations on what they’re able to achieve and is willing to push their body and mind.
The hunger for daily progressions in any aspect of my life is  what I live for. The gym is just a place where progressions are presented in a very tangible way. Seeing clients progress their strength, execution, intensity, body composition and willpower is very motivating and rewarding to me.
