Restrictions Update 23rd of November


It’s been great seeing your beautiful faces in the club for these last two weeks! With yesterday’s update, we’re glad to announce that restrictions on gyms are being eased again. Here are the changes:


What’s Changing What’s continuing
  • Booking system is no longer required
  • One hour limit on training removed
  • Health declaration form not required
  • Overall club capacity increased to one person per four square metres
  • Casual sessions are available outside of peak hours
  • Booking-system contingent cooling off periods expiring
  • Still operating from 6am till 9pm on weekdays and 8am till 4pm on weekends
  • You are still required to have a facemask with you
  • If you have any COVID-19 symptoms or have had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 you must self isolate until you’ve received a negative test result
  • Members are to train at their home club only
  • Temperature checks upon entry
  • Still need to badge on


Booking System not Required
Members no longer need to book in to use the gym and can train without a time limit.


Member Access Times Remain Unchanged
As we are still required to be staffed when members are present, there will be no change to member access times. These will remain at:

  • 6 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday
  • 8 am to 4 pm Saturday and Sunday


Casual Sessions Available Off-Peak
The increase in overall capacity has allowed us to offer casual sessions to non-members while still prioritising member access. Casual sessions will be available during:

  • 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday
  • 12pm to 3pm on weekends

What happens to bookings I’ve already made?
You can come and attend the club whenever you’d like since there’s no longer a need for a booking system.


What do I need to bring to the gym?

You must bring a sweat towel, drink bottle and face mask.


Do I need to wear a mask?

According to government guidelines you If you are doing exercise or physical activity where you are out of breath or puffing, such as jogging or running, you do not need to wear a face mask. You do have to carry a face mask with you so you can wear it before or after exercising. You can find out more on the government guidelines by clicking here
