Grace B 25-min

Runner Up 1 – Grace B.

Starting Weight | 63kgs
Finishing Weight | 61kgs

Why did you decide to join the challenge?
I entered the previous 6 week challenge and wanted to see how much progress I could continue to make.

What made the biggest impact on your results?
The biggest impact on my results was adding cardio to my workouts. In addition to doing my program set by Mak my PT. I integrated at least 15 minutes of cardio before my session.

What advice would you give someone looking to get started on their own challenge?
Set a realistic goal as you are more likely to stick to it.

Andy F 25-min

Finishing Weight | 71kgs

Why did you decide to join the challenge?
Forced to by Jonno

What made the biggest impact on your results?
Keeping the diet under control has the biggest impact on progression, especially in such a short time frame.

What advice would you give someone looking to get started on their own challenge?
Don’t compare yourself with others! Everyone has to start somewhere and just getting to the gym on those off days where you don’t feel as energetic still count!

Aimee D 25-min

Most Steps – Aimee D.

Starting Weight | 63.6kgs
Finishing Weight | 62.6kgs

Why did you decide to join the challenge?

To help keep focus on my fitness goals during a really busy time of year.

What made the biggest impact on your results?
Showing up! Not giving in to excuses to not exercise and setting achievable personal goals each week (such as improving my running pace, increasing my distance, etc).

What advice would you give someone looking to get started on their own challenge?

Find your own way to make exercise enjoyable. I have a podcast that I love and made a rule I can only listen to it while walking or own the stair master. Makes me look forward to getting moving!
Taylah H 25-min

Most Workouts & Biggest Strength Increase – Taylah H.

Starting Weight | 68.7kgs
Finishing Weight | 63.65kgs

Why did you decide to join the challenge?

I’ve been really inspired by other people’s results in previous challenges and wanted to see how much of a difference I could make for myself

What made the biggest impact on your results?

Having Mak as my PT has helped with everything – keeping me motivated, and always pushing me. Also seeing numbers on the scale drop down every time I’d step on it was a really nice feeling :))

What advice would you give someone looking to get started on their own challenge?

Do it and get a PT if you don’t know where to start
