Why did you decide to join the challenge?

I loved the results from my first challenge and wanted to see if I could build on what I’d learnt previously

What made the biggest impact on your results?

Tracking my diet and hitting a pretty significant daily calorie defict, all while making sure my fibre and protein intake was high enough on a daily basis was key. I made almost all my meals at home and tracked it all in myfitnesspal. It required a bit of prep. and planning but I have found a lot of tasty, healthy recipes as a result that are now in the regular rotation.

What advice would you give someone looking to get started on their own challenge?

Give it a good go.

6 weeks is daunting initially and you might not see changes immediately but stick through it. You should start seeing the results as you progress to week 4, 5 or 6.

And boy, does that cheat meal at the end taste amazing!

Training with Kayle 3 times a week.
