We want to spread the word about your amazing results (and provide transparency on who won the competition).
Here’s how to take the best before and after photos:
• Keep the background simple so your body is the centre of attention
• Take clear full body photos showing front back and side poses
• What to wear – it’s best to take your photos wearing workout gear or swimwear. Don’t pose in your underwear
• Consistency is key. Try and use the same poses and same background
• Make sure to take and submit your photos during the first week of the challenge and once you have completed the last week of the challenge

We want to celebrate hard work and results. As an added incentive to get working, we’re rewarding the best transformation with a $1000 cash prize + 5x Runners Up Prizes of $100. Winners are judged based on the following criteria:

Top 3 Before & Afters
All entrants for the 6 Week Challenge must submit before and after photos in order to qualify for any prizes. The top 3 before and after submissions will win a prize. 1st place wins $1000, with the runners up winning $100 each.
Steps
The participant who has recorded the most steps over the 6 week challenge.
Most workouts completed
The participant who has recorded the most workouts in Trainerize over the 6 week challenge.
Biggest Strength Increase
The participant who has recorded the biggest increase in an approved lift over the 6 week challenge. Details on approved lifts can be found here.

How will the winners be decided?
We have a range of categories that participants can win.
1. Before & Afters
Our team of coaches will cast votes based on the visual transformations clients have achieved over the 6 weeks. The entrant with the most votes wins!
2. Steps
The participant that’s recorded the most cumlative steps over the 6 weeks wins.
3. Most workouts completed
The participant who has recorded the most workouts in Trainerize over the 6 week challenge.
4. Biggest Strength Increase
The participant who has recorded the biggest increase in an approved lift over the 6 week challenge. Details on approved lifts can be found at the bottom of this FAQ section.
When does the competition close?
We will be accepting entrants up until the 16th June 2025
When Will the Winner be Decided?
The winner will be decided and announced by the 4th of August 2025 so that all entrance have an opportunity to complete six weeks of training and nutrition.
What's the deadline for submitting before and after photos?
You must submit you before photo prior to starting your first week of the challenge and your after photo within 7 days of completing the challenge.
Do I have to submit before & after photos to enter?
Yes. Not only do we want to share your amazing results with the wider community when you complete the 6 weeks we also want to make sure there is fairness and transparency in the judging.
Why do I need to provide consent for my image to be published?
When you get an awesome result we want to share this achievement with our members and the wider community. We also want to provide transparency around who won so it’s fair for everyone. Please don’t submit anything you don’t feel comfortable sharing. You can still participate in the challenge and get great results, you just won’t be eligible for any cash prizes.
Can I still participate in the challenge if I don't submit a before and after photo?
Yes absolutely. You’ll still get the same level of support and results you just won’t be eligible for any cash prizes.
What if I place my membership on hold or cancel my membership during the challenge?
In order for your submission to be valid you must maintain a fully paid membership (Online Coaching, Semi-Private Personal Training or 1-on-1 Personal Training) for the entirety of the 6 weeks. This means if you cancel or place your membership on hold during the 6 weeks you won’t be eligible for any prizes.
What are approved the lifts for the biggest strength increase prize?
Horizontal Push | Barbell Bench Press, Barbell Incline Bench Press (and their smith machine variants) or DB Bench/Incline Bench Press.
Horizontal Pull | Cable Seated Row, Bent Over Row or T Bar Row.
Vertical Push | Barbell Overhead Press, DB Shoulder Press, or Machine Shoulder Press
Vertical Pull | Pull-ups or Lat Pulldown
Squat | Back Squat (Bar or SSB), Front Squat, Hack Squat, Belt Squat or Leg Press
Hinge | Deadlift, RDL, Trap Bar RDL or Hip Thrust (Barbell or Machine)
