INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (around 20-25g of protein)
  • 1 ripe banana (frozen is best)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ice cubes (optional for thickness)

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Add the unsweetened almond milk to your blender.
  2. Add the protein powder, banana, frozen berries, rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup (if desired), and cinnamon.
  3. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes.
  4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You can adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed.
