Where are you located?
We have 2 locations, one in Richmond and one in Abbotsford
- The Richmond gym is located at 99 Murphy St RICHMOND VIC 3121
- The Abbotsford gym is located at 571-573 Victoria St ABBOTSFORD VIC 3067
Is there any parking?
Richmond - Yes! There’s heaps of parking at Richmond. We are lucky enough to be located just off Bridge Rd. There are mainly small offices and some warehouses on the street which means before and after normal works hours there is generally always parking available.
Abbotsford - It’s a bit hit and miss 😅We’re lucky enough to be located on Victoria St, but unfortunately parking isn’t always the greatest. If you are driving down, we suggest parking on Duke St or Grosvenor St. If you are parking on Victoria St just be careful of the parking restrictions in place.
Do you accept Fitness Passport?
Yes! We are proud to be partnered with Fitness Passport and accept fitness passport memberships at our gym. To get it set up you just need to bring your fitness passport ID with you and pay a $30 set up fee. You will be provided with a 24/7 access fob and all you need to do is badge on at the front door each visit.
Are there any restrictions on access?
No. All membres get access to the gym 24/7. This means you can come in and use the facilities during unstaffed hours, on weekends and during public holidays.
How busy do you get?
Not very. One of the perks of being part of a local gym is we never get as busy as the commercial chain gyms. Peak hours are 5-7pm, but even then you won’t find yourself waiting around for equipment or space because we have plenty of both 😁
What hours will staff be available?
We are staffed Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm. We are unstaffed on weekends and public holidays.
Can I bring someone with me outside of staffed hours?
No. While we love our members spreading the word about our gyms, non-members can only come in during staffed hours (Monday to Friday - 11am to 7pm).

Do you have lockers and change room facilities?
Yes, we have individual shower/toilet facilities and well as keyed lockers which are free of charge.
