We want to run promotions that actually help people achieve their goals. Rather than offer a temporary discount (which would have been much cheaper and easier for us to do 😅) we decided to give new members a comprehensive coaching program that would actually help them get the results they’re after. 

I'm brand new to the gym - will this work for me?

Yes! Everything is individually tailored to each participant, so whether you’re brand new to the gym or you’ve had years of experience training, we’ll be sure to match you with just the right program. 

How many spots are available?

This program is subject to availability and spots are limited. The exact number of spots available fluctuates from week to week based on the capacity of our coaching team.

Our 28 Day Transformation Program is built on the 3 pillars of success – Training, Nutrition & Accountability. The most common reason people fail to make real changes in their health and fitness is due to a lack of one of these 3 pillars. Coaching

We pair you up with a coach based on your goals. Your coach will be your main point of contact. They’ll put together a tailored program for you as well as help you through the nutrition frameworks to maximise your results.

After completing a movement screen and strength testing session, we’ll put together a training plan based on where you’re at and where you want to get to. Best of all, you’ll have access to your program 24/7 through our Trainerize app so you’ll always know exactly what to do when you’re in the gym.

You can have the best training program in the world, but if you’re nutrition isn’t aligned with your goals, it won’t do much good. We’ll break down nutrition into easy to follow, actionable steps to help get you on the right path from day.

Our 28 Day Transformation Program combines the 3 pillars of success, Training, Nutrition & Accountability, to make sure your time in the gym and your nutrition is in line with your goals, and you have someone in your corner to answer questions as they come up and most importantly, keep you accountable.

COACHING

As part of the 28 Day Transformation Program, you’ll be paired up with a dedicated coach. Your coach will be your primary point of contact and their job is to make sure you’ve got the training and nutrition plans needed to turn your goals into actionable plans.

We have had years of experience training people just like you! If you’ve tried to lose weight or put on muscle in the past and failed to move the needle, never fear, you’re not alone.

For a program to be effective there are 3 pillars of success – Training, Nutrition and Accountability. The reason most people fail to make a long term change is the lack of one or more of these. Our program delivers all 3, which is why so many clients have had success with us, even when they’ve struggled to make lasting changes in the past. 

    TRAINING PLAN.

    Tired of long, complicated and boring workout programs? Been following the same thing for years without any real progress? Fed up of trying to sift through article after article (all of which contradict each other)? Well, let’s take the guess work out of your training and get down to what works 🙂

    Our coaches will give you training programs based on where you’re currently at, and where you want to get to. Turn your goals into an actionable plan by having a clear training roadmap to follow based on scientifically proven training principals.

    Best of all, your training programs will be available 24/7 through our training app, Trainerize. This means every time to step foot in the gym you’re following a plan and are able to track progress to make sure we’re heading in the right direction.

    NUTRITION FRAMEWORKS.

    Nutrition is by far the most misunderstood and challenging part for most people. If you’re looking to lose weight, you’ve probably tried a diet only to find yourself suffering from hunger pains and unable to stick to it long term. If you’ve tried to put on muscle then you’ve probably tried the protein shakes, constant eating and buckets of supplements, only to find yourself putting on a much of excess body fat rather than lean muscle. It can be so frustrating 😡

    The good news is, there is a solution. Once you understand the frameworks around losing weight or putting on muscle, it becomes much easier to implement. Imagine being able to lose weight without missing out on brunch with friends. Or being able to put on lean muscle without the excessive amounts of bodyfat.

    How will my coach know what program and exercises are right for me?

    During your first session with your coach you’ll go through your exercise history (including goals, past training experience and any injuries) and then a strength testing and movement screen. Based on your goals and how you move, we’ll come up with a training program to get you there 🙂

    What qualifications do your trainers have?

    All of our trainers have at least a Cert III & IV in Fitness, but we also all have individual sporting and athletic backgrounds. We can help you with everything from basic weight loss and muscle tone, to building muscle, breaking through plateaus and even training for marathons, triathlons, bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions. Why? Because we’ve done it before and can share our first hand experience.

    What kind of goals can your team help me achieve?

    We have a diverse and passionate team of trainers and coaches. The most common goal people train for is basic weight loss and muscle tone. We can also help with building muscle, breaking through plateaus and even training for marathons, triathlons, bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions.

    How do you come up with a training program for me?

    After completing a thorough exercise history (including goals in the gym, previous training experience and injuries), we do a movement screen and strength testing session on the gym floor. This allows us to see how you move and come up with a tailored training block to put your goals into an actionable plan.

    What’s a training block?

    A training block is a period of time (we generally do 8 week blocks) where you’re honing in on the same workouts and movements. By having consistency in workouts, it allows us to focus on progressive overload, form and technique. It also keeps both you and your trainer accountable and lets us measure your progress.

    Will you be able to help me with my nutrition?

    Yes! All of our team have both professional and first hand experience with nutrition and we will be able to help you get on the right track. If you can’t wait to speak to us, get the facts on nutrition on our nutrition resources page.

    What do I do on the days I’m not seeing my trainer?

    Your trainer will put together a program for you that you’ll be able to follow on the days you’re not training with them. This means you’ll always have a plan when you’re coming in to the gym and you’ll always know exactly what you’re meant to be doing and when.

    What times are your trainers available?

    We have trainers on from 12pm till 8pm Monday to Friday 😁

    How do we make sure training is safe and you avoid injuries?

    The best tool we have to avoid injury is the initial movement screen and exercise history session we do on day one. Part of your trainer’s job is to encourage and challenge you. We also know what exercises we can push you on and which ones we need to pay more attention to form and technique. While we can’t eliminate injuries, we can make sure you’re lifting in the safest manner possible, to minimise any potential niggles or injuries. 

    How much does the 28 Day Transformation Program cost?

    The program starts at $199.95 for 28 Days and this covers coaching, tailored programming and nutrition coaching, as well as 24/7 gym access so you can train whenever you like. 

    Are there any lock in contracts or minimum terms?

    No. When you get started you’re only commiting to a 28 Day preiod. At the end of the 28 Day period you membership will automatically roll into the equivilent standard membres we offer, all of which are flexible. If you don’t want your membership to roll over, all you need to do is let us know and we’ll be use to cancel it at the end of the 28 days. Simple 🙂

    Should I wait till I’m back in a routine and training regularly before starting the 28 Day Transformation Program?

    We would compare this waiting till you’re better before you go to see the doctor. Clients see us to help improve their fitness and results in the gym. If you’re just getting back to the gym or you’re brand new to the gym it’s actually the best time to start the program. Not only can we help you with motivation and accountability, we can make sure that you’re on the right track from day one 💪
