HOW IT WORKS.
The key to any successful health and fitness achievement is Training, Nutrition & Accountability.
Most of us have tried training programs, restrictive diets and calorie counting before. The problem for the vast majority of us is having someone there to show you how to combine your training and nutrition, and then help keep you accountable to your own goals. Carb timing, weekly caloric surpluses & deficits and deload weeks all matter. Let us show you the way.

Our experienced team will help you commit to challenging (but realistic) goals. Let us show you exactly what can be achieved in 6 weeks with a little hard work and the right team supporting you.
2. CHOSE YOUR TRAINING STYLE
We’re lucky enough to be able to offer the challenge for FREE for all members with a coaching membership. This includes Hybrid Coaching & 1 on 1 Personal Training clients. You get to pick the format that suits your training style and budget.
3. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
The missing piece for most is diligently tracking progress. This lets you see how far you’ve come and allows us to make adjustments to your training and nutrition plan in real time.

HOW TO ENTER
All challenge participants are eligible to enter the competition by completing the entry form when signing up. Submit your before photo, put in 6 weeks of hard work and then submit your after photo. It’s as simple as that.
HOW TO WIN
Winners are judged on a combination of gym attendance, strength progression and overall transformation. Stick to your plan and results WILL follow.
KEY DATES
The competition will kick off on the 13/10/2025. All after photos must be submitted by 24/11/2025. Good luck!

We have a range of prizes based on both visual transformations and activity based achievements throughout the 6 weeks. Visual transformations are judged by the team of coaches, and achievement based prizes are based purely on the numbers. Entrants that win a prize based on their before and after submission are still eligible to win a prize their their activity (e.g. someone can win a prize for their before and after submission and achieve the most steps completed over the 6 weeks).
Top 3 Before & Afters
All entrants for the 6 Week Challenge must submit before and after photos in order to qualify for any prizes. The top 3 before and after submissions will win a prize. 1st place wins $1000, with the runners up winning $100 each. Details on these submissions can be found here.

Most workouts completed
The participant who has recorded the most workouts in Trainerize over the 6 week challenge.
Biggest Strength Increase
The participant who has recorded the biggest increase in an approved lift over the 6 week challenge. Details on approved lifts can be found here.
