- Combine the protein powder and oat flour together in a mixing bowl
- In a food processor, combine the peanut butter, agave syrup and milk alternative until creamy
- Add half the mixture from the food processor to the dry ingredients and mix until combined
- Add the remainder – if the consistency is still too dry, add more alternative milk, a tablespoon at a time
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips and nuts
- Press the mixture into a shallow pan, cover in baking paper and freeze for 2 hours
- 15 min before taking the pan out of the freezer, melt the coconut oil and stir in the chocolate chips until it is combined in a glossy liquid
- When it has been two hours, take the pan out of the freezer and cut into bars or squares
- Either drizzle the chocolate mixture over the bars or dip the top into the mixture, then return to the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until the chocolate has set
- You are now ready to serve!

Ingredients
- 60g of buckwheat flour
- 25g of Evolve Red Frog Raspberry WPI
- 2 egg whites
- 30g of crushed frozen raspberries
- 150ml of water (if making pancakes, only add water to desired consistency)
Method
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and place crepe pan on low-heat.
- Scoop the mixture using a 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the mixture coats the surface evenly.
- Cook the crepes for about 2 minutes until bottom is slightly brown, loosen with spatula, turn and cook the other side.
- Roll all the crepes and cut into halves, place them into a bowl with all your favourite sides and toppings.
- They go perfectly with yoghurt, fruit and, of course, peanut butter.
