- Combine the protein powder and oat flour together in a mixing bowl
- In a food processor, combine the peanut butter, agave syrup and milk alternative until creamy
- Add half the mixture from the food processor to the dry ingredients and mix until combined
- Add the remainder – if the consistency is still too dry, add more alternative milk, a tablespoon at a time
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips and nuts
- Press the mixture into a shallow pan, cover in baking paper and freeze for 2 hours
- 15 min before taking the pan out of the freezer, melt the coconut oil and stir in the chocolate chips until it is combined in a glossy liquid
- When it has been two hours, take the pan out of the freezer and cut into bars or squares
- Either drizzle the chocolate mixture over the bars or dip the top into the mixture, then return to the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until the chocolate has set
- You are now ready to serve!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (around 20-25g of protein)
- 1 ripe banana (frozen is best)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Ice cubes (optional for thickness)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the unsweetened almond milk to your blender.
- Add the protein powder, banana, frozen berries, rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup (if desired), and cinnamon.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You can adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed.
